Waterloo Region's newest co-ed dodgeball league is starting.

All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

New to Dodgeball since school? Open night is designed for Drop-Ins and all are welcome no matter the experience in the game. It's an opportunity to check out, practice, learn and experience the sport prior to league start.

Open or Drop-In Night:

• Sign up as an individual, with a friend(s) or as a team;

• Teams of 6 to 8 players will be formed, friends and teams play together where possible (pending registered weekly players);

• Minimum 2 ladies per team preferred;

• Registration will be sent to tricitydb@gmail.com;

• Location: The Run Rec at 283 Northfield Dr E Unit 13, Waterloo (Kitchener and Cambridge not yet secured);

• Cost: $10 per player (payment available online, through e-transfer to tricitydb@gmail.com or in person, cash and debit accepted);

• Every Thursday between 7pm and 9pm;

• NOTE: Will be based on number of registered players, an email will be sent when there are enough players;

• Rules: Modified World Dodgeball Federation rules found through the link above (Rules);

Youth ages 7-16:

• Parent/ Guardian to complete sign up form;

• Cost, day, time and location to be determined and an email or phone call will be made upon confirmation;

• Teams of 6 to 8 players will be formed, friends play together where possible to keep teams fair and equal;
